Vicki
Vicki founded Sunkissed in 2005, and together with her dynamic team of Sara and Jo, they quickly made their mark on Llantwit Major. With over 20 years of experience, Vicki has mastered the art of building a successful team and growing a business, all while being a powerhouse in the beauty industry. Specialising in Acrylics, BIABs, Gels, Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing, Spray Tans, Semi-Permanent Lashes, Lash Lifts, Piercings, Facials, and Massage, Vicki’s expertise is second to none. However, when it comes to reception duties, let’s just say her skills are a work in progress! If you spot her behind the desk, brace yourself—chaos may ensue! Fortunately, Vicki has a capable and understanding team around her to ensure the mayhem is always well-managed.
Jo
Jo has been an integral part of the Sunkissed team since day one. With a warm heart and a kind word for everyone, she always makes time for those in need of a listening ear. Known as the "cwtcher" of the team, Jo is never shy to offer a cuddle when a little one visits with mum or dad. Specialising in Piercings, Spray Tans, Waxing, Tinting, Gel nails, manicures and Pedicures, Jo is also our expert in sunbed services, ensuring you achieve that perfect glow. When she's not busy with clients, you'll find her at Reception, ready to assist with any questions or queries you may have.
Sara
Sara joined the team just a few months after we opened, quickly making a formidable team with Jo and Vicki. A true artist at heart, Sara’s creative touch is evident not only in the fabulous window displays she designs, but throughout the entire salon. Whether through her entertaining sketches or her infectious sense of humour, Sara keeps us all smiling. What Jo is to babies Sara is to our 4-legged friends, so when clients call in with their fur babies, Sara is more than happy to make a fuss. Sara’s expertise includes Microblading, Waxing, Tinting, Lash Lifts, Massage, Piercings and Spray Tans. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her on Reception, ready to assist and keep the laughter flowing.
Billie
Billie joined the team in 2013 and has been a client favourite ever since. With a deep passion for her work, Billie always delivers exceptional service. She loves her clients – just as long as they are on time! We say Billie should be on Mastermind as she is known for her remarkable memory. She can recall clients' names, appointment details, prices, and even the exact shade of gel colour you had last time. If any of us need to know something, it’s Billie we turn to. As our full-time therapist, Billie specialises in Facials, Massage, Holistic Treatments, Waxing, Manicures, Pedicure, Gels, BIAB and Piercings, ensuring every treatment is delivered with precision and care.
Lisa
Lisa joined the team in 2018 and has been a vital part of our smooth-running operations ever since. With her ever-present smile and dedication to finding the perfect appointment to suit your needs, Lisa is always ready to assist you at Reception, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. When she’s not greeting clients or managing appointments, Lisa is behind the scenes working her magic with spreadsheets, charts, and forms, keeping Sunkissed in top shape. And let’s not forget, she also makes a truly fabulous cup of tea!
Kryztal
Kryztal joined us in May 2024, where she fitted in seamlessly with her dedication to delivering the best possible treatments and her natural ability to please. Specialising in Acrylics, Gel nails, BIAB, manicures, pedicures, semi-permanent lashes, threading, and tinting, Kryztal is also the go-to expert for stunning nail art. If you’ve got your eye on those Pinterest-worthy designs, she’s the one to bring them to life. And it’s not just her beauty skills that impress us—Kryztal also whips up the most incredible spring rolls and noodles, making us feel even luckier to have her on board.
